Brick City Gold Inc does not accept refunds, but we do exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will exchange your item for any item of the same price. Jewelry items can be exchanged for jewelry, and watches can be exchanged for watches.
If you are sending an item back for an exchange, you must first request an RMA number for your package. You can do so by contacting us by phone or email at

Brick City Gold Inc is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number. Please mail the package to the address below and confirm that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package.

Brick City Gold Inc will contact you upon receipt of the package. We must confirm the returned jewelry has not been damaged or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 14-day period. All items must arrive back at Brick City Gold Inc in their original condition, Box and Papers. Quality Control would inspect the item for wear and tear. Upon the assessment, it would be determined if a full credit towards a new item would apply. If it has not passed Quality Control, Brick City Gold would inform you and ship the item back to you.
